Subscription Plan: How to

This is a new solution to consider when the trial period for your first TMajesty installation expires. It could be the solution to keeping the translation service up to date without having to constantly check and evaluate your balance. Please refer to the relevant section of the TMajesty website, where you can find different Subscription Plans.

Choose the plan that best meets your needs in terms of the approximate number of translations or translation characters (related to weekly or monthly traffic).

Priority and mixed solution:

When you activate a subscription plan, translation usage and charging will take priority over the Premium Fast Engines Pack. If your plan reaches its limit or expires, charging will switch again to the Premium Fast Engines Pack.

Therefore, if you don’t have any specific requirements for using particular translation Engines, it’s common practice to use a subscription plan primarily, but have a Premium Fast Engines package as a backup in case you exceed the soft limit. If you want to change the priority, just to use </setup translate> command.

Tip

To properly evaluate your translation traffic, we first recommend the use of the “Converser Plan (up to 700,000 total characters / month)” Then, you can move on other types as needed.

Then, click the payment button for your chosen plan. Once the payment process is complete, we will release you a code and instructions for loading the subscription plan in two ways:

• directly on the webpage box of the selected package

• via email to your PayPal account email.

Tip

Please pay attention: sometimes the email could be moved without any obvious reason to the junk/spam folder by your email provider. So, always check these folders, too.

Once you have the code, run this command in the Discord server where you want to load the package. Remember that you need to have at least Administrator Role to run this command:

Tip

Sometimes, it may take a while for the payment process to complete. Wait 1 or 2 minutes and run the command again. If the issue persists, please join our Discord server and request support. Please do not open dispute on PayPal, is not necessary.

Use the ‘Forced-Activation’ option when you want to upgrade your current plan without waiting for it to expire naturally. The plan must already be in a CANCELLED status before you can use the Forced-Activation option. The previous subscription will be replaced by the new one and no rollover will be applied from the previous plan.

Understand the subscription status:

Only one subscription plan can be valid and active on a Discord server at any one time. This plan cannot be reused or shared with other Discord servers. Your plan could have a different status:

Manage the subscription via the Dashboard:

Logged in the TMajesty Dashboard you can view your subscription status/infos and also request to cancel it at any time.

Then, click the Subscription Plan row/settings-icon to open the info panel below:

Tap on the toggle-button to CANCEL the Subscription Plan. The system request another confirmation before submit the CANCEL request.

Note

Please note that if you take this action, your subscription will be cancelled permanently and no new billing cycle will be initiated. However, don’t worry. Your plan will remain active until the next payment date or until the limit is reached. Once either of these conditions is met, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
